Mauser mod98 help

Have the opportunity to buy a mod 98 Mauser with bnz4 markings and 9459 lower case j on it. Please let me know what you guys think. Also the bolt action is missing Can I replace if I buy?

Welcome. From a collectors perspective there's not much going on here. Stock is ruined and the entire front end is missing. No bolt either. You have options for stocks with hardware and bolts are available. If you're only interested in a shooter and the bore is good (really good) it would be possible. Price should be really cheap for what's there.

Price would have to be south of $150 for it to be worth it. Stock ,bands, bolt aren't exactly cheap. Prob better to keep looking.
