Buchenwald production: What "7.65mm pistol?"

In Karabiner 98k, Volume IIb on page 528, it states in part "The order to move the KKW (and 7.65 mm pistols) to Buchenwald was given on September 28, 1942, with all tools and machinery to be moved from Suhl and materials to be forwarded as need from Suhl."

My question is, what 7.65 mm pistol was supposed to be manufactured at Buchenwald? I am guessing whatever it was was not produced?

If you google “gustloff 7.65 pistol” you will see it. They were produced in small numbers

I've seen only two in my lifetime.

It seems as though the Sauer 38H was also manufactured in Suhl.
