Nice early scope and mount. And great to see it has the original scope. I like the repaired scope covers, I have seen any like it. Thanks for sharing.
Great Scope & Mount these are not seen often . I would like to know if the matching rifle survived and if so were it is .
I have always wanted a G/K43 Sniper , and this is the only type example I would want , Rifle with Matching Mount that has the Rifle & Scope ##`s on Mount . I know I am Dreaming . But Dreams do come true . As I said GREAT EXAMPLE You have !!!!!

Great set love the even wear on everything and great condition for its age.
Fantastic! I have not seen a new dual numbered mount like this surface in nearly two years. A new one to add to the data study. From the study, that mount was most likely mated to an ac 44 "d" or "e" block rifle. I especially like the leather eye cup. I have only seen one other like it and there was much discussion on whether it was original or postwar. I'm leaning towards war period myself. Great find! Hang on to that one. Thanks for sharing.
