Picked this RG34 kit up today. The can itself is in nice used condition. The oiler is marked KH1935 as well.
The spoon is unmarked and the chain is marked KY1940. Not sure about the two brushes that came with the kit, if they are wartime or made postwar.

Any idea about the two figure on the side of the can, what do they indicate?

Neat can & contents. Early features on some. Brushes look OK to me. The 2. 91 on the tin is likely a unit designation.
 
I agree that the brushes appear to be original but they may not be appropriate for this behälter. The brushes for this early vintage should be natural fiber bristles and with silver solder on the twisted wire base end. The bristles on the cleaning brush appear to be synthetic (and therefore later) here. Unable to distinguish the bristle details for the oiling brush from the photographs.
