Need help verifying a Spreewerke P38

Hey all! As most of you know I've been looking for a trade for a P38. I've been offered a Spreewerke "p" suffix block in trade, and would like to know what you all think by the pictures I've received. I'm certainly no expert on them, and would like your all's opinion if this one looks good or not. The pictures are pretty good, but I can't quite make out the waffenamts. I don't want my desire for a nice P38 cloud my judgement.

I'd appreciate any help you all would give me. Thanks!

It looks good to me. It has the correct grips for cyq, and I can see the final e/88 is through the finish which means it’s not reblued or a dipped gun. I’d make sure barrel and locking block match.

Thanks a lot! It looked good to me, but I wanted more experienced eyes to confirm it. The person I'm talking to says barrel and locking block match too.

Thanks again!

Cyq is my fav.

I am a cyq guy...looks honest..verify inside markings. Correct 6 broken line grips.

I agree with Mrfarb.....it appears totally correct, with correct cyq grips.
Nice gun. If it's priced right, buy it !

Jack probably misquoted, cyq used Julius Posselt grips with 5 broken lines at the grip screw.
