A Yugo M24 Type II, Another booty rifle to cross off the list. I have to say booty weapons are way more interesting and desirable to me than K98s and I really enjoy hunting for them. Takedown discs are marked e/26. The stock is Yugo matching and some numbers are penciled inside the stock channel. Interestingly though, the number inside the stock channel is not the serial number. It says 574 and the serial of the rifle is 57847. The handguard is penciled 437 or 487. The bolt is a German blued and numbered bolt but it is mismatched to the rifle. Serials are stamped into the safety and shroud as well as etched into everything except for the bolt body. The bolt is matching to itself except for the firing pin. The firing pin is etched a different number, 47324. Don't know how a mismatched German modified bolt ends up in a different German modified rifle.
