Posen SSR replacement stock
Guys, I have a Posen replacement flat buttplate laminate stock which has been relieved for a Short side rail sniper and I'm wondering what kind of value to assign it. It is such an odd stock, not sure what to think. It came on a mixmaster LSR rifle, so I initially assumed it was for an LSR, but it is not as it turns out..
Is it more valuable than a really nice standard SSR stock?
Here are some pics. It's really nice, in near perfect condition. It was inletted in the cool old school way like many SSR rifles early on with the thin wood covering the lower part of the mount base. Serialled "700" on bands, channel, buttplate, and keel. No band spring.
Odd duck for sure. Any stabs at value?
Jeff
