I purchased a K-98 back in 2011 for about $400 at Big 5, needless to say I am happy with my buy. Through my research on this forum, I confirmed that it is a
a RC but maintains the Waffenamt stampings. Its a DUV 42 with a lot of electro penciling on its parts. I am shooting it very accurately at 200 yds and hope to
practice with it at 300 next time I go to the desert. This forum is a great educational tool.
