bought this beautiful shooter still in the cosmoline with interarms box and mauser manual and inspection list from interarm, while completely mismatched it did have a nice ewb marked stock and has a very nice bore. i threw in a picture of my small world war one collection from top to bottom: torino Italian vetterli dated 1890 with 1915 conversion, budapest made mannlicher m95 carbine 1915 dated, etts continsoura berthier mle 1907-15 barrel dated 1917, 1891 carcano dated 1895, 1916 amberg, 1916 dwm, 1918 oberspree.

Tell us about the DWM/16? Looks like it might be a nice rifle.

The muzzle cover on the Oberspree is not proper for the rifle, though proper ones can cost $100 or more.
 
Looks very nice for an Interarms import! One that missed getting the chop saw treatment to the stock and barrel, as well as the partial bent bolt that so many suffered through to become hunting rifles.
