Identification of my Modell 98

Hello guys,
i have bought an modell 98 rebuild for hunting.
Unfortunately i haven't found any proof marks but some other stamps.

Maybe someone cann tell me something about that gun.

Can’t tell you a lot about it other than it’s a Gewehr 98 with a Siemens and Halske receiver.

Nice get there. Not a lot to go by with your photos. Safety was broken? and then filed? Bolt handle is certainly stylized. Any more pics to share?

How do you know that receiver is from Siemens?
What is about the Alpha stamp?

The Safety is modified because of the scope

he has a sharp eye and noticed the logo. They were a pretty heavy industrial conglomerate.
