    Default Thoughts on these rods?

    Tips are typical original (looking) K98 rods. But one is less than and one more than 10", no markings. I was thinking the shorter on may be a g33/40 rod. Just realized I neglected to add the photo.. lol.

    Nope, a "real" G33/40 rod measures 11" from tip to tip.

    Thank you, good to know. Any idea the exact length of a real K98 rod? I'll assume 10" and these are post war copies? I SHOULD already know this after 20+ years of collecting.

    Just measured my original Waa280 stamped rod, measures 10 1/8" tip to tip.

    Ok, thank you. Into the junk bin they go. Not much use for non original rods.
