Like to hear others opinion about this mount, not mine but can be. I don't have much knowledge about the mounts.

I believe the scope is a reproduction.

Thanks in advance

Thanks alot for the super fast reply, you have just confirmed what I thought, but didn't know that it is a Czech reproduction.

When it's a better reproductions mounts, what is a fair price for the set?

Most repro mounts these days are of Chinese origin. Your mount as previously mentioned came from a batch made in Europe and in addition to a fake Waa number they also had a fake rifle serial number added. Overall they had a better fit/finish when compared to the Chinese repro mounts and were of a higher quality. I have one of these repro Czech mounts in my own collection. When still available from the original seller, the mount was $350 USD. Seeing that the mount also has an original ZF4 scope I would value the set at $500-1000
As a set it would be pretty hard to realize much more than that. You might actually get more money if the scope was sold separately.

Scope is good, bands are fake, mount is fake.
dow scopes tend to be more fogged up than ddx scopes. I wouldn't value a complete dow ZF4 with significant loss of blueing like this one beyond $350 - $400. More likely $300 because the windage cap is missing.
The mount is OK looking, wouldn't spend more than $250 on this one because current fakes can be had for about $130. Bands are $25 - $30 new including hardware.
