1896 Loewe produced 1893 Mauser

I recently saved this old girl from a poor environment. The gun required quite a bit of cleaning to get all the old dirt and oil off of it. She's an 1896 made Loewe Spanish Mauser. The gun cleaned up well and shows a nice patina. The gun gun is completely matching except for the stock. My question is, what stock is this? I don't think it's simply a cut down 1893 stock due to the fact it appears to be made to shorter lengths and it is properly milled for the bands and retention clips. Also, I'm not sure the original straight grip stock had enough meat in it to carve out this pistol grip. The bore on this is absolutely beautiful. Any basic range of value on it? I plan on keeping it, just good to know as there aren't too many of these around me. Thanks in advance.
