Any idea of what time frame these might have been made in? Very well made and rust blued. Scope labeled "Noris" and serial number. No other markings. Thanks. dj

Looks like a .22 rifle scope. I think this is a Hensoldt scope which was just sold under the name Noris.

Noris

Absoluts Answer is correkt.Noris is a word mark of Wilhelm Mayer Nuremberg, a weapons wholesaler, which sells in this name scopes of the brands Krähling, Nickel, Wetzlar, Schmidt and Bender and earlier also Ajack. With a little bit of Changes to the riflescopes.
Regards Michael

I even have seen an Ajack 4x90 marked as Noris 4x87, so seems like he sold almost all models under his name.

You do not show your scope in total, but it is very similar (only the turret seems to be slighly different) from the E. Köhler Wetzlar 2 1/2x and Karl Kaps 2 1/2x scopes.
