    Default Very Interesting RG34 Reveal

Captured this photo from a book about German weapons and other field equipment. Purportedly the book was printed near the end of WW2 (but saw no title page or anything saying when the book was actually published or by/for whom). It appeared to be hardbound after the fact, and was titled "Waffen-und Gelandkunde" My suspicion is it was a early post-WW2 book published in the DDR. I found the page referencing the RG34 particularly interesting...ja!

Does look like typical DDR contents.

It is definitely post war published and contents. Wolfgang has posted this image previously. I'm sure he can provide further details ....

This small book was published in the 1950s by the DDR Ministeriums des Innern for the Volkspolizei. In this manual appears, among other things, the use of the P08, K98, Mp44 and Mg34 weapons.
