Hey Buddy, is that an E/4 in your pocket?
Ok, here is my humble and small collection of bSw and 337/1939 rifles. I took some pics, my son took some with his cell phone. I am known for poor photos but hope they are good enough to show the group. I HAD one other 1938 bSw and is the ONLY one I ever sold. Sold it to Plymouthmauser, not sure if he still has it. From left to right.
Nicely done, 1950s vintage sported 1939 bSw sn. 5018 no suffix
1937 bSw 8852 ns (Luftwaffe L stock) RC stock but true 37 bSw stock
1937 bSw 4052b (to my knowledge so far is highest sn. observed)
1938 bSw 289 ns
1938 bSw 1182 ns
1938 bSw 1485 ns (Kriegsmarine Ostsee marked disc) Norway stock but original bSw stock.
1938 bSw 7549 ns
1939 bSw 5526 ns
1939 337 1629 ns (clear pic of e/46 marking on the stock, not many laminate markings survive)
1939 337 1696 ns
