ID Cleaning Rod.

This 12.5 inch cleaning rod was installed in a BCD 43 that I bought about 35 years ago. The end with the screwdriver
slot is milled and hasn't been cut and the screwdriver slot added. I saw a picture of a training rifle with a screwdriver
slot in the end. Was this rod made for a training rifle?

nope, imo. The threads and length are wrong for the dsm trainer which it looks like..(pics)
