Fl.Gr.(ZA) Rotenburg
LBA (S) 193?

I believe there is 1938, the ZA is mostly ZeugAmt in this case a LW as in Rotenburg was a Luftzeugamt Rotenburg (1937-39?) from internet sources. With this correspond the brown color and Alu rivets on frog.b.r.Andy
