    Default 12.5 inch rod enigma.

Anyone ever see this marking on a cleaning rod? Looks like an upper case fractur B to me.

I was looking at some extra cleaning rods the other day and there is one just like yours.

    Default Cleaning rod

I have seen that marking on long cleaning rods (397mm) for Mauser Banner rifles.
I would bet that is a contractor mark. Its definitely not a Military acceptance stamp.

It reminds me about the marking at Brazilian Mausers.
