Very tough to say with this poor artificial light, but I've tried to lighten it up and crop the picture:
... do you see the different finish color on the barrel and receiver? The more I look at this, the more I'm now sure the barrel was swapped on the particular receiver. Also the wear on the finish where the LSR base is attached to the receiver is very odd, why are some parts worn off while the rest of the receiver looks like it was blued yesterday?
