    Love that under-bolt spaghetti ! For some reason it is hard to find these early bnz's in super condition like this. I have never found one like this to add to my stable.

    Sweet piece Craig. I agree with Jack you dont see too many in that condition- and you cant beat a clean stock like that! I've always had a soft spot for Steyr

    Okay, dumb question, the answer to which I should know: The stock doesn't look sanded at all. so no stock proofs on the right? I know Steyr used the E/H in '45 and the full set (E/H,L,M and E/623x2)in '40-41. What did they use in 42-44?

    Beautiful rifle Hambone, completely unmessed with,can you tell me if the cleaning rod is numbered or not on your "42"???????
