    Thanks for letting me know. Iíd rather put a Yugo/German stock on it anyway since a regular German stock wouldnít be correct on it.

    What is stamped on the left side of the receiver ring? Usually the shop that did the rework will mark it there.

    I didnt see any markings on the side of the receiver. Just grind marks from removing the original stamps.

    Might be an early rework. The lightly scrubbed receiver and lack of shop identification adds to that possibility. I have a TRZ-5 yugo rework with a ghost roll mark on the receiver, which was done in '47 at a training facility in Yugoslavia.

    Thatís cool. I love the history of old rifles especially WWII era ones as three of my great-grandfathers fought.

    Of course, I will get some pictures up tomorrow.
