I buy capture paper guns
Staff member
This has been a month of buying pistols I never really thought I was going to be able to own. Here is an all phosphate Nazi SVW45. Super crudely finished. Has the 2 e/WaA135 final proofs, a few hardness punches under the slide and has two of the Mauser RW proof marks. The amount of grinding on this pistol is really incredible. They went to town on the frame right before the trigger. Clearly they were rushing these out.
I would like to thank Mike for reassuring me that I should purchase this! The more I look at it, the more I love it. I have wanted one of these to go with my SVW45 98k for quite a while. I will have to take some group photos.

SOooo nice! One day I shall hopefully have one. I have come across three now that have slipped through my hands. I do have some dual done byf44's that are "technically" svw45's....just not marked as such.

Neat pistol Ty. I'd like to find one just like it. Also looking for a phosphate Radom if you come across one.

Good catch

Mike gave you good advice. A lot of people say they are worn when describing these. I have taken many apart and showed that the inside was the same color as the outside. I like these light grey the best as it contrasts with the black grips.:hail::thumbsup:

Thanks! I will keep an eye out Matt. I need a phosphate HsC now.

As far as finish goes, that is exactly why I showed the inside. Here is a phone photo of under the grips. It is evenly that super thin finish. I found a pistol about 200 serial numbers later (like 2XXF) that has the EXACT same finish. This pistol has wear do not get me wrong but there is just such a WIDE variety of finishes. Also, there are not too many photos of these that I can find. When you do find photos, these are super hard to get an accurate idea of finish because it is hard to take photos of these.

Here is the magazine, all phosphate like the pistol. There are actually no marks on the spine.
