    Default mauser KKW.22

    hi guys new member from the uk with a question recently purchased a mauser .22 trainer which has been restocked as a sporter will a K98K stock fit this rifle?

    That's not a KKW - that's a DSM 34.

    No, a K98 stock will not fit (nor on a KKW).

    DSM34 stocks DO show up - you'll also beed the handguard, bands, handguard ring and the rod.

    IF you sell that stock, I am VERY VERY interested (to restock a Mauser .22 sporter I have)

    x2 on what vulch said. sorry to say a resto on that rifle might cost more than what its worth. As most resto's do exceed the value of the item itself. I see the rear bridge of the receiver has been drilled and tapped. Also a big minus. So I'd say enjoy what you have.

    That quasi-350B stock is rather appealing though. I would buy it if it came up for sale. (stock only)
