Couple of questions on a stock & barrel

I'm hoping someone on the forum might be able to help me with a couple of questions.
1. The stock on my 98k has a Br code on the butt. I can't seem to find who that manufacturer is
2. I picked up what appears to be a standard 98k barrel but I don't recognize the barrel proofs (see below) The rear sight leaf is waffenampted but the serial number on it does not match the sight base. I don't see any other waffenampts.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's a post WW2 Yugoslavian made replacement barrel for the K98k. They reused the German sight components. These are usually about 1/2" shorter than the German K98k barrel.

Your stock is a laminate stock and "Br" is the laminate supplier code. Usually there is also stamped the date code.
