Do AR 43,s shine like this or has this been reblued? It is very Black and shiny?

Looks like an 80s rifle. Bleached, sanded and cleared stock. It was the style so I'm told. You can see a few nicks in the edge of the front sight base and they're blued.
 
If its from the same group, probably has the same pimp shinin' going on...
 
Buffed, blued and pimp shined like the rest of the rifles from that particular estate.
The only things missing are G33/40 sheet metal on the butt stock and a huge skull with SS runes carved into the stock. Hope you didn't pay a lot for it.
