Hey guys, found this really nice looking example of an 1871 Mauser. It is completely matching, and the stock appears to be unsanded. Does anyone see anything I am missing? Value?
Thanks

$700 would be high in my opinion based on the photo’s.

I’ve been second highest bidder for 3 rifles of similar or better condition and all ended in the $500 range.

One I bid up to $800 was 95%? Other than some recent orange rust it looked like the rifle was made last week. Crisp stock markings, rich nitre blue, etc.

So, point being, $700 sounds high to me, even if it had a mint bore.
