    Peter- thats a great 114 proofed one- been looking for a few like that, numbered even. I bet it's from an RFV rifle, lots of those in 34-35.

    This forum keeps getting better each day...it is way ahead of where I thought it would be by now....simply awesome it is like going to the best museum in the world each time I visit : A WWII gun museum!

    I want to say thanks to Bill specifically for his simply awesome posts

    the only muzzle covers I have are the WWII little green rubber types...perhaps someone can post pics of the difference between WWII ones and post war ones which I think many get confused over...I dont have pics of the latter, but I can spot them up close...and the background on them, werent they made to shoot off? if needed
