It's a Czech. VZ-24 in 7mm made for Guatemala. Made about 1937. Too bad it got drilled. There were only produced 4,000 of these produced.
 
Origin is only the reciever, possible barell too, the bolt was replaced.Czechoslovak production for Guatemala like mentioned in 1937.
