That's hilarious. We need to check our Fake Stamp Library to see if that SS stamp is there.
 
It looks like the "SS" stamp was made from popping it with that Numrich bird die and then engraving some gibberish under it. The serial looks engraved. The "41" is definitely die pounded. It's a fantasy created by someone with an old BOTW, too much time, some masheen / metal skillz, who was maybe a little high.
