Unknown mauser

Hi all,
My first post here. I’m wondering if anybody can identify what this mauser is. It is carbine length but the receiver stamp is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I can’t even identify the language it’s written in.

Someone’s Afghan bring back.

I like that idea haha. Not sure how long the guy I bought it from had it though.
The text on the receiver is as follows:
MGADLLARRIK
NXUZHRA & G
KRAGKDUZAK
1937

If there are any little linguists on the forum please help haha

These are popping up a lot lately. Another with GRI repeated over and over and Made in China. I agree with Farb bought at a Bazzaar and brought back from Afghanistan.

Looks like nonsensical writing. It's as if someone used some stamping dies without knowing what the letters were, just for the sake of stamping something that looked important.

Interesting, I have never heard of a Khyber pass Mauser before; only martini henrys, enfields, etc
