Yes, but the most are R.F.V. marked.

Front sight blade and rear sight slide

Would anyone with any thoughts or observations please comment on the front sight blade or the rear sight slider. I am wondering if anyone else knows what that 0 on the front sight blade would indicate as far as origin or else. Thanks to all those who have offered up their thoughts

All it means is they are replaced, the FS and slidelock sould have last two digits, the slide full serial and both slide and slide lock should have waffenamts. All this is extremely minor on such a rare rifle... minor distractions are common and these are about as minor as they get.

It is a very valuable rifle

There was good discussion on this rifle when I picked it up. The pictures just kinda sucked. It always bothered me when I went back and looked at this thread. Today I got around to retaking the photos. I did find an armorers e/280 marked rear sight slider and detent for the rear sight. I also found a e/135 marked armorers front sight post so swapped those parts. The rear sight slider that came on the rifle is off a Banner K or a Standard Modell. I kept the sight slider, the detent and the front sight post in a ziplock bag and they will go with the rifle some day when I sell off my collection. I hope people that look enjoy the better photos…. This rifle deserved some better ones
