Yes, once again, normal K98k service rifles are not my field of collection. Someone even recently told me that I can't collect everything - I replied that at least I could try ... this purchase was one of these trials. I mean, how could one pass on an all matching numbers S/42G coded K98k rifle? I inspected it and all numbers I could find were matching (well, cleaning rod isn't). Since it was at a gun show a friend came with me and gave it another glance and he gave positive feedback too, so I bought it.
So up for review here again, is there anything wrong with it (aside of the faded blueing on some parts)? Noticed the buttplate seems to be the only part that is WaA211 accepted, nevertheless matching numbers too.
