Extra E/135 on receiver... significance

All of these pics are from late guns byf 44/k, byf 44/L, byf 45, svw that I own or owned. My expectation is exactly two acceptance on the right side of the receiver. I have one rifle with three, and the extra E/135 is low near the woodline. I wonder if this extra has something to do with an atypical application of the trigger guard/ floor plate? Any thoughts...

I have seen extra e/135s on barrels, receivers and trigger guards in late MO production. I feel there was an issue with these parts that was corrected or simply sent back for inspection and was then accepted. On a barrel I have in my collection you can see it was poorly machined in several areas and bears a third e/135.

Usually a receiver that failed inspection initially, the part was fixed, the fix was inspected and proofed then the final fit and acceptance was proofed.
