Matching K98 Byf 44

Looking for help on a matching K98. All visible numbers match including the stock Which has been duffle cut. There has been some question as to whether the bolt has been renumbered. Any and all opinions are greatly appreciated!

Is that a sideways 8 on the safety?

I think its just a much smaller 04.

bolt body is fine. looks like a typical FN made bolt. Id say the last 4 was overstamped but factory done..
