After a cleaning involving a few hundred q-tips, the phf stock has some visible markings, and is a green glue. There is a small e/H marking, with another small eagle above it. There are no visible keel markings that i could find.

Mystery solved I think. The Bu marked stock is a Menzel stock supplied to Gustloff, made in the 36th week of 1942. The phf marked stock is another (probably) Menzel supplied stock from 1944? based on the stamped disc. Also very cool that is a green glue stock, I have never seen one before!
