I just picked this one up yesterday from a friend. I has the Policeman with a whistle stamp from AKAH "Albrecht Kind Company" indicating the German Gun Distributor.
It also has the commercial proof (triangle) on the back of the frame. The barrel has a WAa140 stamp which is pretty common on the commercial guns of WWII. It has the Eagle N stamp that was worn badly by this time thus leaving only the upper portion of the Eagle on the slide. A uncommon variant that may have been a private purchase gun by military, or police.
