Had a few nahkampfmessers in the past myself. They had typical wood handles (smooth or grooved) and either a dagger or clip-point blade. The one you have is actually a desirable variant because of the tools in the handle. PUMA knives in general have always been considered a good manufacturer as well. I believe your variant came with either wood (which may be early) or a red phenolic composite grip. It also looks like a honest wartime "bring-back" which has not been screwed with, either. As such, it definitely has collector appeal and value as well...
