    Default ar.43 for HT sniper?

Could an ar.43 have credibly been used for a high turret sniper?

Well, technically speaking bigdibbs is correct. Problem is there is a small possiblilty that there could be an ar43 marked receiver used in 1944 production by Mauser and built into a turret. Just sayin.

Certainly I've seen ar.43 ZF41 "snipers" (although we all know they aren't really snipers in the strict sense). Were byf and ce the only manufacturers of low turrets as well? Thanks for the help guys.

There is small part of "ar 44" coded receivers who were assembled at the Mauser Oberndorf factory (h, i, k, l, n blocks).
