FCSAP on 7x57 Brazilian FN Model 1922

I have a Brazilian contact FN Model 1922 carbine in 7 x57 that has what looks like a replacement barrel on it. Pic shows barrel serial # 1630 (not matching the bolt, receiver & stock which are matched). Below the serial number is "FCSAP" and below that "R - 15".

Significant corrosion on barrel where hand guard retained clip was not touching the barrel so pitting took place after barrel was replaced.

I have looked on-line and in Ball, Vanderlinden, Olson, etc. and can't find the meaning of FCSAP. Lots of references to barrels marked this way but no explanations as to what those letter mean.

Can anyone help me here? Thanks

You may want to check one of the South American forums on Gunboards, unless we have a couple stealth experts here.
