This looks like it could be legit. Reworked by Radom after WW1, recaptured by the Germans in WW2 and reworked by a German depot with an upgraded rear sight. Pretty rare piece.
 
I saw this rifle and for some reason I really like it, it's just a very unique and interesting piece to own.
