It's a unit marking for the naval dockyard at Kiel.

Oh that's actually pretty cool. My family lived not too far away from Kiel at the time.

Do you own this unit mark Gewehr by chance? Pretty scarce to own a Navy Gewehr in a collection not many nice ones to be found.
