Erma 1937 S/27 Combat Vet

I had sold this to a buddy sometime ago but got it back on trade since one of our guys needs this code.
Nice undinked with rifle. No cut under rear band so this rifle made it back in one piece.

This is a late 1937 Erma so it shows nearly all E/77 acceptance stamps with the only E/280 appearing on
the stock disks. Notice the small stock repair adjacent to the rear sight. Also for Paul, the BC is Do 252/37.

Wow nice S/27! Pictures are great as well; they really capture the detail. I think I know who this is going to. If so, he's lucky!
 
I like it too. Nice transitional Erma in walnut and I'm glad no one attempted to 'improve' it.
 
I like it a lot. Thanks for the pics. Could be added to the table on p.416 of Vol I.
It looks like the rear sight slide lock bar also has a E/280.
