    Default Nice late ac45 rig

I recently sold off a lot of my pistols (all my ac45's), but had the hankering for another late ac45 C block. A friend of mine had this on Gunbroker and it didn't sell so I made an offer.

To me the late ac45 pistols are just cool. You can find them in minty condition like this one is, and they have some neat options you can shop for. For me, the top 5 things on an ac45 pistol are:

    1.- Phosphate small parts
    2.- Durofol Grips
    3.- fnh Czech supplied barrel
    4. - FN made frames (marked E/140)
    5. - cog hammer

This pistol has 4 of the 5 coolest features so I just had to snag it. It came with one of the really late in the white mags with the ribbed follower, and I had another in my gxy45 holster I had in the safe waiting for another ac45. Anyway, enjoy!

Walther was in the midst of the c-d blocks when captured. GIs assembled guns out of the parts they found, so you see lots of mismatch guns in these blocks but a few matching ones as well. This one was almost certainly captured at the factory while awaiting final inspection.

I know what they are, I have one matching and two GI's.

I just think the matching with no proof is cool and has to be a narrow range..

Didn't mean to insult your intelligence.

I've seen late b blocks with no final. I bet there might be an a block or two that were not finished.
