    Default jwh 44 K98 bayonet

I snagged this bayonet at a local antique mall. It's a matching jwh44 (Staatliche Waffenfabrik, Chatellerault, France) in about as nice a condition as you could hope to find. When I was actively collecting '44 date K98 bayonets this was one that had always eluded me , not even a bedraggled mismatch. This one came with a mounted frog marked enn/43 , the code for Alois Grull, Taschner, Wien 75. Here are some pics.

I picked up one of these also. Total luck at a flea market. With Frog and matching scabbard. I never realized it was made in occupied france until joining the k98 collectors group.

Wish that the antique stores/malls around where I live had stuff like that. Think I need to move.
