I had posted a few 'in use' not really in action.. Over on gun boards some time back..I'm not sure if they
are still there or not..I may have the pic's saved in my work computor..I'll look for you.. I was able to find
3 after scouring the internet..

Yes, we are covering the Gew98 with the updated sight, or Gew98m's. :whoo:

98m's in use

These were liberated from somewhere not sure anymore..One might be a photo of a group of
trainee's . The two tall guy's in the middle are wearing the 17/31 pattern helmet.. The other is pre-war I assume. So target practice before going to Poland.. I can't find the third one I have..

Covering the progressive development leading to the K98k? Radfahrer -> K98b -> shortened K98b ->K98k?
There's a widely reprinted shot of SS on guard with G98Ms w EWB stamp on butt.

Does this picture have a date or comments? Look like real deal conversions, probably to 98b, very rare picture, too bad the picture isn't full length or shows more of the rifles.
