this rifle needs a repair in butt stock which i have just begun . i really like this one a lot even though it has some bumps and dings in the stock. everything matches. has WaAs 26,37,359,280,140,103 and 613. follower is WaA613 (FN). never seen one of those before. bore is 9.5 out of 10. piece of brown grass on stock by cross bolt in 2nd photo.

thanks bob,big and reich. i'm in SE PA and it didn't rain for 2 months until day before yesterday, then we got almost 5 inches in one day.

I saw that one on g.b. Yes, I agree you got a good buy..Very un-common rifle. I really like it. I was very tempted to bid myself. Congrats...:thumbsup:
 
Must be the month for ar codes.
Found mine at Cabelas- sportered wood, but all matched otherwise.

repair

back when i got this cool ar42 ham asked me to show my repair after i "fixed it". any suggestions from anyone how to hide the outline of the sling swivel?

moconfed, is the right side of your receiver 359 marked

Good to see you ac. That's not unusual for an ar 41 or ar 42, but is desirable. Subcontract provided receiver from the Walther area. Nice piece pic stickied for reference.
