Default Helmet, M.42 Heer ex whitewash, wire helmet

Heer NS64, period removed decal per 1943 regulations, with traces of removed whitewash and wire wrap attached to liner rivets for camouflage. Original liner, chinstrap. Notably, there are remnants of removed whitewash on the rivets, which are original to the helmet and unmessed with, though extruded by the wire wrap, and traces of the whitewash on the liner and helmet tie string. This helmet saw winter warfare and then when spring came the whitewash was removed and wire added to attached foliage for camouflage. You can see many small scratches vertical scratches on the paint where small branches and such were inserted into the wire.

I stickied the info on your book. Does this lot number fall into Heer decal range? I'm trying to figure out whether I want it in pdf or hard copy ;)

HB: yes, this lot number falls into the Heer decal range.
The PDF file is $10 while the hardcopy is $20 + shipping (I believe $5)
