    nice crisp byf44 g block.. A common year and code but getting harder to find in that condition as time goes on.. I really like that one !!!

    That's a nice byf 44!
    WTB: Rough milled, blued, unnumbered floor plate as found on late MO rifles. Unnumbered MO bands, both KM and standard type, MO KM stocks including an unaccepted one, MO bands and stock 5897, upper band 0643

    nice rifle IIRC the g block was where they eliminated receiver polishing, you can see this on the milled lines on the receiver of yours.

    I used to turn my nose up at byf 44's because they were so common. Now that all 98's are not easy to find I like any nice 98 for a decent price
