Have spotted 7 different "types" ... with most variability being stamped ones. Here are some observations with pics.
My type designations might be easy to remember... type 2 has 2 spot crimps forward on the floor plate; While the type 3 has three forward crimps. Those "crimps" are either straight like the sides of an "A" or rounded like a "B"
